From receipt of instructions, we pursue a regime of investigation which will include;-

• Interviewing The Insured
• Staff
• Witnesses
• Police / Fire and Rescue Services
• Photographing the Scene and Evidence
• Surveying and Preparing Site Plan

We offer an initial assessment followed by an in depth analysis of the findings, with liability attribution where possible, recommendations for further action, in a full written Report.

We will prepare a Risk Assessment with Potential Value of likely claim/claims exposure
